Strawberry Topping

Ingredients

  • 250 g / 9oz. fresh strawberries
  • pinch salt
  • ½ - 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup as desired

Instructions

  • Hull and chop the strawberries into small cubes. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, stir well to coat, then add maple syrup and fold to combine. Let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
